Michelle Gindy
Michelle is a creative & passionate soul, who sings and teaches from the heart. She has an ecclectic love of music, with a soft spot for ballads, folk, and the blues - along with a sprinkling of heavy rock.
Her experience and training is also an interesting mix, having trained with the Young Opera Australia, under Alan Hendrie, completed a degree in Performance Studies and a Master of Teaching at the University of Sydney, and spent many years singing in rock bands in Singapore, Melbourne and Sydney.
Previously teaching creative arts in secondary schools, Michelle is now focusing her energy on teaching singing & vocal health practices. She is accredited with Voicelogy Australia, and is a huge fan of the way the method provides a comprehensive and safe way to develop singers of all ages and abilities - building a solid foundation and producing great results. She is the founder of Liberty Vocals, and is available for online-teaching worldwide, and face-to-face teaching in Marrickville.
