Voices For Life:

2026 Conference

Voices for Life 2026

The Voices for Life Conference 2026 is a dynamic event for singing coaches and aspiring teachers who want the best out of their own voices - and their students. Aimed at those with a career in vocal coaching, and centred on vocal longevity, the offers insights and strategies for developing a range of voices, sustaining vocal health and getting to the ‘next level’ with advanced techniques founded on Singing Made Easy. Through expert and celebrity speakers, group participation and take-home resources, Voices for Life empowers singers to thrive — not just for now, but for life.

About Marion Rouvas

Marion Rouvas is one of Australia’s most influential singing teachers, often the secret sauce behind vocal success stories and transformations across NSW and beyond. As the vocal coach of multiple The Voice winners, and the reason treasured Australian artists have healed and thrived after years of vocal damage, Marion’s expertise as a singing teacher is unparalleled.

After many singing teachers found success using Marion’s approach to the voice, Marion began the Teacher Accreditation Program that has had an immense ripple effect on the new generation of singers. The program does not just teach singing, but how to teach it— an important distinction for so many teachers who have been blessed with amazing voices. Mentored by teachers in the Voiceology program, HSC students have also achieved outstanding results under this tuition.

Marion’s events and masterclasses have become a powerful hub for collaboration across NSW — connecting vocal coaches, performers, and songwriters from metropolitan, Western, and regional areas. These events cultivate a shared understanding of voice, blending anatomy, performance psychology, and creative artistry. Under Marion’s direction, they’ve helped strengthen the professional network that supports Australia’s singing industry.

This Conference was Made for You

You are a singing teacher who genuinely cares.

You are constantly searching for better ways to help your students breakthrough — not just vocally, but emotionally, artistically and confidently. Sometimes you hear potential in a voice and know there is more there… but you are still searching for the missing piece that helps everything connect.

Perhaps you’ve had those moments where:

  • a student keeps pushing and straining instead of producing free sound

  • registers won’t connect consistently

  • breathing concepts aren’t translating into real singing freedom

  • talented singers plateau despite working hard

  • you know what you want to hear, but not always how to get the student there safely and consistently

Or maybe you’ve experienced firsthand how life-changing proper vocal training can be.

You know the confidence that comes from mastering your own voice.
You know how singing can heal, empower, connect and transform people.

And now you want real strategies to help others experience that same freedom.

Voices for Life 2026 is designed for singing teachers, vocal coaches, performers and aspiring Voiceology teachers who want to deepen their understanding of the voice and build foundations that truly last.

Whether you currently teach beginners, advanced singers, children, performers or community groups, this conference will give you practical tools, demonstrations and teaching concepts you can immediately apply in your own studio.

Most importantly, every session is designed not only to teach concepts — but to show you the “where-to-next” pathway for continued growth, development and long-term vocal success for both you and your students.

Marion’s Impact

  • After such a long time searching for the answer, I finally found Marion Rouvas and her vocal program. I tested the method by enrolling in vocal lessons myself, and for the first time in my life, my voice began to change. I then signed up all of my teaching staff and even my friends and family members as I found Marion Rouvas’ rare knowledge to be the holy grail of vocal methods and finally someone who can train the voice and not just critique songs. With each person finding the same unbelievable changes to their voices, I immediately discarded all previous vocal teaching material at our music school and implemented Marion’s vocal method.

Mickey Pye (Director, Bathurst Academy of Music)

  • “Marion saved my voice and teaching career. Presenting to her with vocal strain and intense burning pain in my throat, Marion realised quickly that voice placement was my problem. I had spent a fortune on an ENT and speech pathology prior to this with no relief. I am able to sing once more, with no pain, an increased range and zero trouble sustaining melodies and harmonies. I am forever indebted to her and thankful for her loving care, she is the only singing teacher that I would ever recommend.”

Laura Ralston (Singer and Music Teacher)

  • What a wonderful day! Thank you for sharing your talent and incredible experience with the students. As a seasoned performer, you completely understand the journey ahead for these talented young Australians. The students embraced your one on one sessions and will take your comments and advice with them on the many varied paths they will follow. We would love you to join us again soon, thank you for being such a special member of the TDP family!

Mary Lopez (CEO Talent Development Project)

  • Educational research consistently shows that a teacher’s pedagogical knowledge is the key to student success. For music teachers without formal voice training, Voiceology provides an evidence-based pathway to excellence. Rooted in decades of research and classroom experience, this program has helped hundreds of students achieve exceptional results and develop healthy, lasting vocal technique. As both a Voiceology student and an educator of over 40 years, I have seen firsthand how effectively this method transforms teaching practice and student outcomes. In the hands of a committed teacher, Voiceology becomes an invaluable framework for inspiring confident, capable singers who reach their full potential.

Gary Brown (Head of Learning Exchange, CDOP)
